Into the Wild Overland Announces New Trailer: XT12

INTO THE WILD OVERLAND ANNOUNCES NEW TRAILER: XT12

Into the Wild Overland is excited to announce a new addition to its lineup of rugged, off-road capable camper trailers, the XT12. This model joins the current XT (the original, 2-sleeper model) and MXT (the XT with the addition of an extended tongue to carry a motorcycle) models. The XT12 is named after the length of the cabin, which will be 12 ft long.

The XT12 will launch in April 2020 and include sleeping for 4 adults, a permanent queen bed, a full fold-down dinette, Maxxair fan, double pane windows with built in screens and a wet bath with shower and cassette toilet in the fully insulated cabin. The XT12 will come equipped with a stainless steel sink and faucet, 3-burner stove, 75L dual zone fridge, forced air furnace, on-demand hot water, 220 watts of solar and a 250 amp hour battery and a 23Zero Peregrine 270 awning that will cover both the rear door and kitchen.

Additional highlights include:

- Pop up roof giving it a 6’6” standing height

- Under 3000 lbs dry weight

- 18’ from tongue to tail

- Heated tanks and insulated lines to make it a true four-season camper

Says Into the Wild Overland Owner, Matt Reichel, “We are excited to debut the XT12 and reach a new market including individuals and families who want to get off the beaten path for their adventures, but want the comfort of a vehicle that will allow them to stand up and utilize the indoor wet bath.”

The XT12 will keep the foundation that has made the XT model the standard for off-road camper trailers, including a powder coated steel chassis, All-Terrain tires and Timbren axel-less suspension, giving it 20” of clearance. It was also keep the standard of the industry leading, zero-wood construction for all Into the Wild Overland models, eliminating the possibility of decay and rot that comes with wood elements.

The new trailer will be available the spring of 2020. Pricing is not yet set but aimed at the $40k-$45k range fully equiped. For more information on Into the Wild Overland trailers and availability reach out to a dealer near you. Dealers are now taking orders so find the one closest to you.
